We would like to share one of our production processes for Echoo's undercarriage parts. As part of our quality assurance procedures, we use a specialized magnet to remove all remaining shavings inside the track roller, top roller, and idler after compressed air cleaning.
If not adequately removed, these metal fragments can damage the oil seal, compromising its ability to prevent leaks and protect against contaminants. Similarly, these shavings can accelerate the deterioration of the bronze bushing. Worn bushing then leads to heavier wear and even dislocation of the roller axle.
However, our production process ensures that all shavings are meticulously removed before the final assembly of our undercarriage parts.
By mitigating the risk of premature wear and damage caused by metal shavings, Echoo's undercarriage parts can operate under substantial load and stress in various working environments with minimum friction. Such a stable and durable chassis with reduced energy loss ultimately leads to less downtime and cost-efficient performance for your machinery.
